Conceived as an adaptable architectural prototype, this cabin retreat is designed as an instrument for total immersion in nature, capable of being deployed across various wild landscapes. The spatial focus is entirely directed outward—toward the stretching fields, adjacent waterways, and the vast sky.
Engineered to dissolve into the landscape, the cabin visually vanishes from sight when approached from a distance. Drawing formal inspiration from the morphology of a mushroom, the structure features a sweeping, extended canopy. This primary architectural gesture protects a continuous wraparound terrace, allowing the exterior spaces to be inhabited year-round, shielded from heavy winter snows and intense summer sun.
Where the canopy peels up from the terrain, it reveals a roof garden and elevated terrace, simultaneously serving as the very element that conceals the structure from external vantage points. From the integration of raw, natural materials to the expansive panoramic sliding glass systems, every design decision reinforces the continuous merging of the interior sanctuary with the untamed landscape beyond.
